{ NAME } Zareb
{ PRONUNCIATION } (Z-ai-rib)

{ SPECIES } African Lion
{ APPEARANCE } A handsome male lion that has an unusual coat of fur: PURE WHITE. His mane and tail is highlighted with black and blonde hairs, giving them a chance to stand out against the rest of his pelt. He has an average build and is carried by large furry paws that almost never are unsheathed. With every paw-step his muscles ripple under his pelt and his mane ripples like a wave of bleached wheat. His appearence suggests nobility, power and grace, and his gray-blue eyes reflect all he gazes at with his hypnotizing stare.
{ PERSONALITY } Zareb is a calm, gentle 'giant' and has lived out his life in peace. Despite his past, he has retained his own and has learned to avoid uneeded conflicts with reasoning. But just because he is a laid back lion doesn't mean he won't fight. There is a part in Zareb that seers inside him and he constantly feels the need to prove himself to...himself. He is respectful, kind, but also cautious to a degree, not doubting anyones abilities but also not fearing what anothe cat may bring. Zareb is open to friendly relationships with all creatures(expect the prey) but believes to trust all you meet is as building a house on a foundation of sand. He is wise, polite, intelligent to a degree, and appreciates meaningful discussions.
{ HISTORY } Zareb was born to a normal litter in a normal pride, but of course he was the oddball. As a cub, he wasn't made fun of much and was taken care of by all as much his brothers and sisters were. Once he began to grow his mane, the critcizum began. He couldn't hunt well as others because of his light-colored fur and he thus became and outcast to all but his ever loving father. Before he was exiled out of the pride(as it was the custom for young males) his father taught Zareb the ways of wisdom and strength. Ever since then, Zareb had lived out his life to become a well-rounded male and is as good at hunts and other activities as any other lion is. In everything he does, the white lion wishes to make his father proud of him, even if he no longer walks upon the savannah.
