You are not required to make a post with your character actually joining in-character but you can if you would like to. The only positions that require in-character joining will be the Heir and the last Dux. They can only be obtained through roleplay and a plot.

If he's taking lessons from Ryuga then he must be pretty good at fighting so he would be great at leading the fighters, so he can have the position of Dux Fighter!
And I agree, we do need some females... we should get our charries to force persuade some to join X3 |
